You can chat, however as the site grow the idea is that if you post a question and tag it correctly the question will go to users that have those tags (subjects) listed in their profile. For example if I asked a question about world history and tagged it with world history you would get the question. It is also a place to form group with people studying the same topic to make school easier and give you people to discuss problems/school work with.
