DNA has thymine which binds to adenine, A binds to T.
RNA is a single strand and has uracil vs. thymine which binds to adenine in an A to U binding when DNA is being copied. DNA does have all of the genetic information but D is more specific as to the difference. I would say that is what the question was looking for.

Human RNA sequences are copies of short pieces or segments of DNA. Each RNA sequence is the code for a different protein. So one RNA sequence might create the pigment in your iris, while another might create your hair, while another might create a molecule that digests what you eat. RNA only contains the information necessary to create ONE protein; DNA contains ALL of your genetic information.

Again I am not expert but I think that the answer is D however it is written in the wrong order. By this I mean that in DNA Uracil is replace by thymine.
