[A] An angle must always be identified by the 3 pts. forming it, such as angle ABC (false because angle AB could be 180 degrees)
[B] If A is the midpt. of line PQ, then line PA is congruent to line AQ (this is true because congruent means that the segments are the same and midpoint means that they are divided by 2 meaning you split the line exactly in two and have the same length line from the midpoint)
[C] Angle ABC is equivalent to CBA (this is true because B is the vertex and must be in the middle to define the angle and it doesn't matter which of the "legs" are listed in which order as long as the vertex stays in the middle)
