A reflection is the sharing of your thinking about what you've seen, done, read, written, etc.. I would write a reflection by providing a summary about what you have read, providing highlights about what it is you are going to be reflecting upon and then write your metacognitive (the thinking about your thinking), thoughts or reflections about the piece that you read supported by evidence from the text and the thoughts that were evoked in your mind.
