What is the progress of Digital Paper, I remember hearing something about it when I first started in digital media, will it come to fruition?

you can find alot of ebook readers that are coming close, but several companies have started to created paper thing oled displays, realistically, they wont be consumer ready for a couple years, but if you search on engadget.com they have some sweet things, if your really nerd get on google patent search and you can see some fantastic developments.

They hit a big roadblock trying to put it into a larger format (like a book or newspaper). It always seems to be "five years out". My guess is we'll see big breakthroughs in projection technology before digital paper. I still dream of a book I can hook up to my computer and download text into.
