Any good books on creative writing?

I'm looking for some good books to improve dialogue and character development. Does anyone have any good suggestions, either fiction to read that's a good example of this or how-to books on either writing believable dialogue or developing interesting characters?

One of the resources that I found very helpful was a book called "Down Write Funny" by Larsen (Cottonwood Press). I have a few more that I will get to you when I return home/work.
