Isn't it the whole y=mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. Or you could just punch it into excel, graph and show formula.

The best way would be to graph the points. If they form a line, then you can just use to of the points to get the equation for the line (google for point-slope formula). If they don't form a line, then it can get a bit tougher.
