What should be included in the management section of a start up company for a business plan?

I definitely think you should also include accomplishments, major clients, projects or proposals that each member has been included in, financing and funding they have landed and how... Mentioning other companies is good, but explaining why they were an asset to that company and why they moved over to the new company is ideal.

In this section you should include a bio of each of the active/involved team members. You should also include a detailed list of strengths of these individuals. You may want to include previous company's owned. You basically want to sell potential investors on the fact that your management team is strong and give you a very strong chance for success.
