Fast Food Nation
Does anyone know why so much of the book Fast Food Nation takes place in the Colorado area?

I'm not positive, but as far as I'm aware, Colorado is known to be one of the healthiest states in the US, so it might have been for perspective on one of the healthiest states - to compare the rest of the US.
