Baka-Yoke is the more politically-incorrect version of Poka-Yoke.
Both are terms started at the Toyota Motor Co in the 1960's.
Poka-Yoke refers to making a process "Mistake Proof."
While Baka-Yoke (the original term) means literally "Idiot Proof."
An example would be a gas light illuminating in your car when you've been to ignorant to the gas gauge creeping towards E.
