Multiplying decimals isn't much different than multiplying whole numbers. Here's how you do it:
"ignore" the decimal(s) and multiple your numbers as you normally would.
Once you have your answer, count the number of decimal spaces you had before starting the problem, and add those to your answer.

For example.
1.5 x .25 (note that you have 3 decimal spaces, the .5 and the .25)
15 x 25 = 375
now move the decimal past three numbers, making your final answer .375
