Just plug the points into the equation and see if you get at true statement.
If you do get a true statement than the point that you used to plug into the equation satisfies the equation.
The only point that satisfies this equation is (1,-3).

The way you go about this is the following:
They give you the values for t and r. You would plug in the variable with the given values. Then solve the equation to see if they are equal or not. For example:
(0,4) -> T=0 and R=4 therefore 4=2-5(0) is not true and does not satisfy the equation
